Sancai Gaiwan
A "sancai" gaiwan represents three elements of life – the lid is heaven, the saucer is earth, and the cup in the middle represents humanity. Tea masters in Fujian province traditionally use sancai gaiwan to brew Oolong tea. These gaiwan are available in four colors: amber, azure, cyan, and yale blue.
