713 $58.00

The Ruò Shēn Cup is a small, delicate porcelain teacup, distinguished by its unique outward-flaring rim. This thoughtful design keeps the rim cool to the touch, even when filled with hot tea. The earliest versions of this cup can be traced back to the Kangxi period.

Available with or without a silver rim, this qinghua teacup is ideal for Chaozhou-style tea service.

The accompanying poem reads:

"Beneath the pines, I ask a young boy,
'Where has the sage gone to gather herbs?'"
