“Yan Xin” Aged Zini Clay Teapot
$330.00Created by Zhao Jia of Heyuan, a disciple of Master Tang Binjie, this teapot is an officially authorized reinterpretation of the classic “Yan Xin” form. It carries forward a quiet sense of balance and refinement rooted in tradition.
Made from Huanglongshan aged zini clay (a type of Zisha Clay), rich in iron, the body fires into deep purple or purplish-brown tones. Over time, with regular brewing, the surface develops a soft natural sheen, growing more beautiful with use.
The form is steady and composed, with clean lines and harmonious proportions. A gently lifted spout ensures smooth, precise pouring, while the subtly raised handle creates visual balance.
Especially suited for high-aroma teas such as oolong, yancha, and black tea. It retains warmth and fragrance, allowing the tea’s character to unfold gracefully.
