Returns and Refunds

Each of our items are custom-made and shipped directly from our artists' studio in China. Unfortunately, that means we can not issue refunds or replacements except in the case of items that have broken in shipping.

Let us know within 5 days of the item arriving and include a picture of the broken item in your message to us.

If we are unable to replace the item, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Most of our items are hand-made, so any replacements will not be 100% identical. Replacements will often not be available because the items are made only in small quantities, so there may be none left.
