Orders typically arrive within 10-15 working days. Back-ordered items may require an additional week, but we will keep you notified of delays.

Returns & Refunds

Each of our items are custom-made and shipped directly from our artists' studio in China. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

We can only offer refunds if the item arrives broken during shipping. If this is the case, please take a picture immediately upon receipt and let us know ASAP.

Shipping Q & A

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship orders in two parts which affects the total transit time:

  1. Domestic shipping within China from our studio to our international shipping vendor takes 3-4 business days.
  2. The international shipping from our vendor to your location takes an additional 5-7 business days once handed over to FedEx/UPS.

So the total estimated transit time is 8-15 business days. Times may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We appreciate your patience and understanding during the shipping process.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We're happy to ship worldwide using trusted carriers like FedEx and UPS.

Do I have to pay customs/import fees?

You may have to pay any applicable customs/import fees charged by your country.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships internationally (which takes 3-5 business days from the date of your order), we'll provide a tracking number so you can monitor its progress every step of the way online. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.

What information do I need to provide?

For domestic US orders, we just need your name, shipping address, and phone number. For orders in the EU, your phone number, email and VAT number (if applicable) help us ensure a smooth delivery.

How can I get updates on my order status?

We'll send you shipping confirmation and tracking number emails. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need any other details.
